
Marcus Landry Invited to Participate in Dream Factory Friday Night

RENO, Nev.- Reno Bighorns forward Marcus Landry will participate in Friday's 2011 NBA D-League Three-Point Contest during Dream Factory Friday Night presented by Haier.
Landry, who finished second at the 2011 NBA D-League Showcase Three-Point Contest, will square off against defending champion Andre Ingram (Utah), Scottie Reynolds (Springfield) and Booker Woodfox (Texas) in the two-round competition.
The Three-Point Contest, along with the Slam Dunk Contest and the Haier NBA D-League Shooting Stars competition, will stream live on the internet beginning at 8 p.m. PT at nba.com/dleague.
Landry currently averages 16.8 points per game, and is shooting 39.4% from beyond the arc. His 76 made three-pointers are good for second in the league at the All-Star break.
The NBA D-League All-Star Game presented by SonoSite will follow on Saturday at 5 p.m. ET at Center Court at NBA Jam Session presented by adidas. The Reno Bighorns (22-12) are the only team with a record above .500 that will not be represented in Saturday's game.
