
Marauders Host Cardinals For Three Games Before 2014 Florida State League All-Star Weekend

Bradenton, Fla. - The Marauders host the Palm Beach Cardinals (St. Louis Cardinals) in a three game series at McKechnie Field beginning on Tuesday, June 10. The games on June 10 and June 11 will begin at 6:30 p.m., with gates opening at 5:30 p.m. The game on Thursday, June 12 will begin at 5:00 p.m. with gates opening at 4:00 p.m.
The first 500 fans on Tuesday, June 10 will receive the 2014 Marauders team photo. The team will be available to sign autographs down the third base line after the game. The team photograph is presented by A Plus Pro Photo.
The First Mates Kids Club takes over the ballpark every Tuesday. Kids 12 and under can join the club for $15 to receive a game ticket and meal voucher at Tuesday home games, along with special experiences reserved for club members only during the season. Club members also receive a free ticket to the game on Sunday, June 22 with an invitation to a postgame ice cream social with the Marauders. After Tuesday games there will be a Kids Fun Run presented by Mosaic for all kids 12 and younger to circle the bases. Baseball Bingo presented by PLS Print and Jersey Mike's Subs will be played during the game.
Wednesday, June 11 is the second game of the series. The series concludes with a special 5:00 p.m. start time on Thursday, June 12. It is the final Marauders home game of the first half and the last home game before the 2014 Florida State League All-Star Game sponsored by the Bradenton Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.
June 12 is a Thirsty Thursday presented by Budweiser and Ticket Sarasota, your ticket to Thirsty Thursdays. Sodas and select draft beers will cost just $1. The Marauders offer Thirsty Thursday Club memberships for only $60 to receive a ticket to the remaining eight Thursday home games, a club t-shirt, and the opportunity to earn great rewards all season. Each club member will also receive their first 12 ounce drink for free at each Thirsty Thursday game. Marauders season ticket holders can join the Thirsty Thursday Club for just $10.
The McKechnie Field ticket office is open on non-gamedays Tuesday-Friday from 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. On Monday-Friday gamedays the ticket office is open from noon until the conclusion of the game. The ticket office opens two hours before Saturday, Sunday, and morning games.
