Maple Leafs Make Roster Moves

St. John's native Harold Druken will make his debut with the Maple Leafs tonight in front of family and friends. The Maple Leafs take on the Milwaukee Admirals tonight and tomorrow at 7:35pm at Mile One Stadium. Druken played five games with St. John's last season, all on the road, before being picked up on waivers by the Carolina Hurricanes.

The Toronto Maple Leafs have also announced today that defenceman Maxim Kondratiev has been reassigned to St. John's. Kondratiev has appeared in seven games with Toronto this season and has recorded two penalty minutes.

The St. John's Maple Leafs also signed Don Parsons from the Memphis Riverkings of the CHL to a professional try-out contract (PTO). Parsons played in the Maple Leafs 1-0 victory over the Portland Pirates on Sunday. St. John's has also acquired the services of center Clark Wilm. Wilm played 82 games last season with the Nashville Predators and accumulated 16 points including five goals and 36 penalty minutes.
