Three Players Assigned to Charlotte

Hartford, October 28, 2003 - Hartford Wolf Pack General Manager Jim Schoenfeld announced today that the organization has reassigned forwards Benoit Dusablon and Lucas Lawson, and defenseman Pat Aufiero, to the Wolf Pack's ECHL affiliate, the Charlotte Checkers.

Aufiero, a second-year pro, had dressed for five of the Wolf Pack's seven games on the season, registering four minutes in penalties and a +1 rating. Lawson, a rookie out of the University of Maine, had contributed one assist and was +1 in four contests. Dusablon, in his third year with the Wolf Pack, had not seen any action after suffering an injury in Wolf Pack training camp.

The Wolf Pack return to action tomorrow night, visiting the Albany River Rats for a 7:00 PM game (live play-by-play on ESPN Radio 1410 and on-line at hartfordwolfpack.com). The club will then play back-to-back home games at the Hartford Civic Center, Friday vs. Providence (7:05 PM) and Saturday vs. Springfield (7:05).
