
Manneh Voted Whitecaps FC Player of the Month

The votes are in.
Kekuta Manneh is the Whitecaps FC Player of the Month, presented by Coldwell Banker. The 21-year-old forward took home the honours for May after receiving 46 per cent of the vote in a poll conducted on Twitter this week.

Manneh appeared in four of Vancouver's five matches during the month of May, starting three matches. He had three goals and two assists and was named the MLS Player of the Week after leading the 'Caps to a 4-3 road win over Toronto FC.
The Gambian-born forward, who resides in Texas, is now tied for second on the team with four goals and two assists so far this season.

YOUTH PLAYER OF THE MONTH, PRESENTED BY COLDWELL BANKER
The Whitecaps FC Youth Player of the Month for May is U-16 Residency forward Alan Camacho.
The Burnaby, BC native scored six goals this month, helping the U-16s clinch the USSDA Northwest Division. Camacho finished the season with 29 goals in 31 games, the most in the 74-team USSDA.
"Alan is one of the hardest working players in our group, both in training and during games," said Whitecaps FC U-16 Residency head coach Adam Day. "He has a great attitude and determination, which has led to his phenomenal goalscoring record. This is a just reward for his efforts."
