Goals:
- The Rampage get the first goal of the night on the powerplay, Smith gives a cross-ice pass to Mikko Rantanen who goes top shelf on Eric Comrie 1-0 Rampage
- Nikita Zadarov notches a goal past Comrie on the powerplay to put the Rampage up 2-0
- Brenden Kitchton takes a shot from the point and Patrice Cormier deflects the puck past Pickard to cut the Rampage lead in half 2-1
- John Albert takes a pass from the blue line on the powerplay and blasts a shot from the point, to tie the game in the third period
- Ryan Olsen is there to take the pass in front of the net from Scott Kosmachuk on a perfect two-on-one for the game winning goal.
Highlights/Notes:
- Patrice Cormier has three points (2G, 1A) in his last two games.
- There were four fighting majors in the game and a total of 76 minutes in penalties
- The Moose scored two goals on the powerplay for the second straight game.
- Ryan Olsen scored his second goal in his last three games.
- The Moose are now 4-0-1 in their last five games at the MTS Centre.
- Eric Comrie made 32 saves for his sixth win of the season and is now 3-0-1 in his last four starts.
- Brenden Kichton had his fourth multi-point game of the season and two assists for the second straight game. He now leads the Moose in scoring with 15 points (3G, 12A). Kichton is now tied for 12th among AHL defenceman in scoring.
- This was the Manitoba Moose's most successful home-stand this season with a record of 3-0-0-1
Next Game is Saturday, December 19 at Milwaukee; this will be the team's fifth matchup this season against the Admirals.
