Mallards Waive Riddle

MOLINE, Ill. (January 7, 2012) - The Quad City Mallards have waived forward Jake Riddle, the Mallards announced today.

Riddle, 28, scored four goals and totaled seven points in 17 games with the Mallards after returning to the club on November 25. Riddle first played for the Mallards last season, scoring 14 goals and totaling 27 points in 53 games.

The Mallards visit the Missouri Mavericks tonight at 7:05 p.m. before returning home to meet the Mavericks tomorrow afternoon at 4:05 p.m. The Mallards' first Genesis Family Skate of the season will immediately follow tomorrow's game- fans can bring their skates and join the Mallards on the ice.

Single game tickets are also available at the i wireless Center box office, at Ticketmaster outlets, through www.ticketmaster.com or through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone toll free. The box office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and on game days from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the second period. Individual game tickets are available for $12 in the upper level and $17 in the lower level and $25 for the first row along the glass for adults. Tickets for kids 12 and under are available for $5 off adult rates. In addition, tickets are available to military personnel for $2 off the regular adult rate.
