Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp News Release

MOBILE, Ala. - The Miami Marlins announced several transactions that impact their Double-A affiliate Jacksonville Suns roster prior to tonight's game with the Mobile BayBears at Hank Aaron Stadium.

Outfielder Michael Main has been transferred from the Jacksonville disabled list to the High-A Jupiter Hammerheads. Main was placed on the disabled list on April 20 with a left shoulder strain, and hit .196 with two runs batted in during 13 games played with Jacksonville.

The move follows yesterday afternoon's move just prior to the Suns' opening game in Mobile where right-handed relief pitcher Mike Ojala was reinstated to the Suns active roster from the temporary inactive list and right-handed relief pitcher Robert Ravago was transferred to rookie-level Batavia.

The Suns roster stands at 25, and a revised roster is attached.

The Suns are currently in the midst of a ten-game road trip, and are scheduled to take on the Mobile BayBears, the Double-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks tonight at 8:05 p.m. ET at Hank Aaron Stadium. Jacksonville returns home to Bragan Field on May 23 for a five-game series with the Birmingham Barons.
