
MacIsaac scores first goal and lifts Trashers in 4-3 shootout win over Flint

FLINT, MI--Dave MacIsaac's 3rd period goal lifted the Trashers to a 3-2 lead, but was needed again after Leo Thomas' second goal of the night tied the game and sent it to a shootout. From there, MacIsaac scored again as the Trashers took a 4-3 win over the Generals on Saturday night.
Danbury took a 1st period lead on Drew Omicioli's second goal of the season. Omicioli, who also scored in the shootout, helped on the Trashers 2nd goal in the second period as Mike Omicioli also netted his second of the year.
Matt Elich scored the other goal for Flint, who fall to 0-1-1 with the shootout loss, while the Trashers are now 1-0-1.
