
Machop Chol Undergoes Successful Surgery, Will Miss Rest of 2023 Season

ATLANTA - Atlanta United announced today that forward Machop Chol had successful surgery to repair a hamstring tendon injury. His rehabilitation process will determine his recovery timeline, however Chol will miss the rest of the 2023 season.
Atlanta United (13-8-10, 49 points) returns to action Wednesday, Oct. 4 when it travels to face Philadelphia Union at Subaru Park (7:30 p.m. ET, MLS Season Pass, 92.9 The Game, La Mejor). All Atlanta United matches are available with an MLS Season Pass subscription, located on the Apple TV app.
