OTTAWA - The Ottawa Lynx are pleased to announce that they will be making a donation of $4,200 to the Max Keeping Foundation. The monies collected for this donation came from International League fines, and the sum will also be supplemented by the donations collected from scoreboard greetings for the 2005 season.

The cheque presentation to the Max Keeping Foundation will take place on Monday September 5th, with Lynx general manager Kyle Bostwick making a presentation to CJOH's Max Keeping at the Lynx 1:05 pm game against the Rochester Red Wings.

The Max Keeping Foundation was formed in 1995 and it's mission is to help deserving children and their families in the region to meet emotional, physical, mental and emergency needs.
