
Lynx Improve to 5-3, Defeat Liberty 69-57

After two losses on the road the Lynx returned home Tuesday night, defeating the Liberty 69-57 at Target Center. The Lynx took an early lead going into the half 38-27, but thanks to a 9-0 run to begin the second half, the Liberty would bring it back within two to start the third quarter. The Lynx responded with an 18-2 run that would give them the win. Candice Wiggins led the Lynx with 25 points on 9-19 (.473%) shooting from the field. In her first start as a Lynx at Target Center, Roneeka Hodges added ten points and five rebounds.
