
Silver Stars Guard Crossley Out 3-4 Weeks

SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio guard Shanna Crossley will have arthroscopic surgery Wednesday morning to repair the torn meniscus in her left knee. She is expected to miss three to four weeks.
Crossley scored 12 points off the bench in Friday night's loss at New York, then missed Sunday's game at Connecticut. She has appeared in two games this season, averaging 6.0 points per game. Crossley missed the 2008 season with a torn ACL in her left knee. She appeared in every Silver Stars game during the 2006 and 2007 seasons, averaging 7.9 points per game.
