MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL - Throughout its 10th Anniversary Season, the Minnesota Lynx have continued to say "Thank You" to all of the fans, season-ticket holders and sponsors that have supported the team this season. The team will take time to thank them all one final time in 2008 with Fan Appreciation Night during Friday night's Lynx game against the defending WNBA Champion Phoenix Mercury at Target Center.
To kick off Fan Appreciation Night, the first 2,500 fans in attendance will receive a free Lynx wristband courtesy of U.S. Bank. Following the game, Lynx players will be on the court throwing autographed merchandise out to fans. The night will also feature numerous opportunities for fans to win prizes. Prizes awarded through the night will include Go-To cards from Metro Transit, free burritos from Qdoba Mexican Grill, reVamp! salonspa gift cards, spa gift packs from Tranquil Moments and gift cards to The View Restaurant.
Tickets to the Lynx regular-season home finale start at $10 and are available at the Target Center Box office, at www.lynxbasketball.com, or by calling 612-673-1600.
