ALEXANDRIA - Dan Olinger's 4 for 6 night with a home run and five RBIs led the Brainerd Lakes Area Lunkers to a 15-9 victory over the Alexandria Beetles.
Nick Hamilton also had a nice night for the Lunkers, going 3 for 6 with 4 RBIs.
The Beetles made some noise late in the game, but the Lunkers led comfortably throughout.
John McLeod gets the win for the Lunkers. He pitched five innings giving up four hits and four runs.
Corey Miller takes the loss for Alexandria. Miller only went two innings, giving up seven runs and eight hits.
The Lunkers are back in action Thursday night at Mills Field against Alexandria in a doubleheader. First pitch is set for 6:05.
