Published on September 20, 2006 under Central Hockey League (CHL)
Colorado Eagles News Release
The Eagles also announced today that defenseman Jason Lundmark has signed a contract to play overseas in Germany.
Lundmark played his rookie season last year with the Eagles missing just one game during the regular season. The Edmonton, Alberta native scored seven goals and eight assists for 15 points in 63 games played. Colorado will retain the rights of Lundmark should he return to the United States.
"We will miss Jason, but realize we have been a part of his development and wish him all the best," said Eagles Head Coach Chris Stewart. "This is a part of our growth pattern, to help young players develop and advance their careers."
The Eagles now have 16 players on the roster for the 2006-07 season. Single-game tickets will go on sale this Saturday, September 23rd at 10:00 am at all Comcast Ticket outlets and the Budweiser Events Center Box Office. For more information, please contact the Eagles front office at (970) 686-SHOT.
