June 8, 2019 - Southern League (SL1)
Chattanooga Lookouts News Release

The Lookouts gave the sellout crowd at Smokies Stadium their money's worth with a comeback twice 7-5 win. After a first inning lead the Smokies claimed it back in the bottom 2-1. Lookouts bats and Smokies walks worked for the 3-2 lead in the third only to have the Smokies pound out a 4-3 endeavor and regain the momentum. In the seventh the Lookouts Mitch Nay blasted his sixth home run of the season to tie the game at five each. One batter later when Cassidy Brown hit a line drive round tripper to left to seal the deal. Brown had a two hit night and thre runs batted in in his first game back since April. Corey Thompson got the win in relief with Jesse Stallings the hold and Joel Kuhnel his tenth save retiring all six batters he faced. Sunday the Lookouts send LHP-Packy Naughten (2-1,2.81) to the mound in game three facing the LHP-Justin Steelen (0-5,6.40). Game time is set for 2:00 EDT with the air time set for 1:45 EDT on 98.1 The Lake and at MiLB.com.
