
Logan Roe Named AMI Graphics/ECHL Plus Performer of the Year

ESTERO, FL - The Florida Everblades are pleased to announce that defenseman Logan Roe is the recipient of the AMI Graphics Plus Performer of the Year award after finishing the season with a plus-minus rating of +43. In addition, forward Mitchell Heard finished tied for fifth in the league at +34.
Shawn Szydlowski of Fort Wayne finished second with a plus-minus rating of +39, followed by Colorado's Matt Garbowsky at +38, Gabriel Desjardins of Fort Wayne at +35. Florida's Mitchell Heard and Fort Wayne's Curtis Leonard were tied for fifth at +34.
Roe posted an even or better rating in 50 of his 54 games this season while tallying 23 points (7g-16a).
A native of Fort Myers, Florida, Roe has recorded 57 points (12g-45a) in 179 career games with the Everblades while playing to a cumulative +81.
Roe becomes the third Everblades player to receive this honor. Defenseman Mike Little shared the award during the 2014-15 season finishing with a +46 rating, while Andy MacIntrye concluded the 1999-2000 season at +46.

The Florida Everblades will face the Atlanta Gladiators in the first round of the 2018 Kelly Cup Playoffs beginning on Monday, April 16. The following if the full first-round schedule:
