
Limited Tickets Remain for Driver Softball Game

GRAND CHUTE, WI - There is less than a week to go until the Donald Driver Charity Softball Game sponsored by Kwik Trip at Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium. There are also less than 300 tickets remaining for the game. Fans will need to hurry to secure their ticket to see a first pitch by Peta Murgatroyd and the game between Green Bay's offense and the defense on June 3.
The tickets remaining are for grass seating. Tickets for grass seating are general admission and are $11.
Peta Murgatroyd, Driver's championship partner on Dancing with the Stars, will throw out a ceremonial first pitch before the softball game between the offense and the defense.
Also, the first few players have been confirmed for the game. Jordy Nelson and James Jones, Driver's fellow receivers, are set to play for the offense. Bryan Bulaga, who won the home run derby title in 2011, is also back for the offense. Linebacker Desmond Bishop will play for the defense.
The game raises money for the Donald Driver Foundation. Driver and his wife Betina started the foundation to help homeless families and improve educational opportunities for disadvantaged youth in Northeastern Wisconsin and in Driver's hometown of Houston, Texas. La Crosse, Wisconsin based Kwik Trip, Inc. was founded in 1965 and has grown to over 390 Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, Hearty Platter(r) and Tobacco Outlet Plus stores throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. Fans should act quickly to purchase their tickets from the Timber Rattlers box office at Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium or over the phone.
