
Lifelock Expands Commitment To Mercury For 2010 Season

PHOENIX - The Phoenix Mercury and LifeLock have finalized an agreement to expand their ground-breaking partnership to include exclusive placement of the LifeLock logo on the team's official practice jersey for the 2010 season.
The partnership, which was announced at the beginning of the 2009 season, launched the first-ever corporately branded jersey in WNBA or NBA history and will now add the first WNBA franchise with sponsor branded practice wear to the alliance. The logo will be affixed on the upper right side of the practice jersey. The jerseys will be worn during official team practice and shoot around as well as during press interviews immediately following.
"We know the Mercury is a trail-blazing team and within our first season of the agreement we couldn't be more proud to be aligned with the 2009 WNBA Champion," said Todd Davis, CEO of LifeLock. "The decision to enhance our relationship with the Mercury was an easy one. We've seen tremendous value and brand reach in year one of our ground-breaking relationship with the Mercury and the WNBA and we look forward to continuing to grow it in years to come."

The Phoenix Mercury has been providing affordable and entertaining basketball in the Valley for 13 seasons. The two-time WNBA Championship team will begin its title defense on May 15 at US Airways Center against the Los Angeles Sparks with tip off set for 11 a.m. Lower level tickets are available for as little as $10 a game for the 18-game season and can be purchased on phoenixmercury.com or by calling 602-252-WNBA.
