The first-place IronPigs (22-17) play the finale of a three-game series against the Syracuse Chiefs (19-20) at NBT Bank Stadium... With a 5-0 victory yesterday, the Pigs have won back-to-back games to clinch their first winning road series of the season and improve to 2-3 on this six-game, North Division road trip. In addition, they have won 21 of their last 33 contests at NBT Bank Stadium. After starting 8-10, Lehigh Valley has posted a 14-7 record since April 27... The Chiefs -- Washington's top affiliate -- have dropped three-straight games to the Pigs and four of their last five overall. After starting an IL-North-best 14-8, the Chiefs have managed just a 5-12 record since May 2... Next up for the Pigs is a four-game, home series with second-place Rochester (20-16).

RHP Jerad Eickhoff (0-0, 8.10 in ML Rehab) will start for LHV against RHP Cesar Vargas (0-3, 4.17).

First-pitch today is at 1:05 p.m.

With a win today, the Pigs will have their first road sweep since at Gwinnett, July 17-19, 2017.
