Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
The IronPigs (29-25) play Game 3 of a four-game series against the South Division leading Charlotte Knights (28-28) at BB&T Ballpark... With a 6-4 win last night, the Pigs have now won three straight contests and have started 2-0 on this eight-game, South Division road trip. The Pigs improved to 14-8 since May 12 after starting 15-17... The Knights -- the White Sox top affiliate -- have dropped back-to-back affairs after a three-game winning streak, falling to 3-2 on their seven-game, North Division homestand. Still, since May 9, the Knights have gone 15-11 after starting the season 13-17.
RHP David Buchanan (3-3, 4.53) will start for LHV against RHP Chris Volstad (3-4, 4.75).
First-Pitch tonight is at 6:05 p.m.
