Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release

After a rainout last night, the IronPigs (42-44) embark on a season-long, 10-game road trip with Game 1 of a two-game series at Frontier Field against the second-place Rochester Re Wings (49-38) -- owners of the 2nd best record in the IL... With a 2-1 walk-off win in 10 innings over Syracuse on Wednesday, the Pigs have won three consecutive affairs to rebound from a three-game skid. Still, Lehigh Valley has dropped seven of its last 11 contests and, since May 30, has gone just 13-19, falling from second place and 0.5 GB in the North to fifth place and 9.0 GB... Rochester -- Minnesota's top affiliate -- won 2-1 at Pawtucket to sweep a two-game series at McCoy Stadium. Now at a season's high-water mark of 11 games above .500, the Red Wings now have a five-game winning streak after an 11-13 span from June 5-28. The streaky Wings have had winning steaks as long as seven (May 13-19) and six (April 8-12) and losing streaks as long as eight (May 5-12) and four (April 13-17).

RHP Barry Enright (3-8, 5.28) will start for LHV against LHP Logan Darnell (4-4, 3.12).

First-Pitch is at 7:15 p.m.
