MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Rays announced a flurry of moves on Thursday, including the promotion of three relievers to AAA Durham. LHPs Jordan Harrison and Colin Poche will head to Triple-A for the first time in their careers, and RHP Mike Franco will head up for his second time.
Harrison, 27, was 0-0 with a 2.40 ERA in 11 relief appearances this season for Montgomery, and strung together a consecutive scoreless innings streak of 12.2 IP from April 6 to May 6.
Poche, 24, pitched in just three games for the Biscuits, after being acquired in a trade with the Diamondbacks on May 1, but still hasn't allowed a run this season, scattering just four hits, two walks, and 32 strikeouts over 16 innings. The Flower Mound, Texas native was named the BC Powder Relief Pitcher of the Month for April for the Jackson Generals.

The 22-year-old Taylor was 3-0 with a 3.12 ERA in eight relief appearances for the Stone Crabs in 2018, and the 25-year-old Espinal was 0-1 with a 3.86 ERA in six relief appearances for the Stone Crabs.
