The Chicago White Sox have announced the following roster moves affecting the Winston-Salem Dash:

- LHP Hunter Schryver assigned to Winston-Salem following a trade with the Tampa Bay Rays

- RHP Cameron Seitzer released by the Chicago White Sox

Schryver was acquired by the White Sox from the Rays on Tuesday for future considerations. A seventh-round pick by Tampa last year out of Villanova University, Schryver was pitching for the High-A Charlotte Stone Crabs before the trade. In his professional career, the southpaw is 5-3 with a 2.70 ERA in 51 appearances.

Before his release, Seitzer had posted a 7.24 ERA in nine games as a reliever for Winston-Salem. The 28-year-old has registered an 0-2 record with a 4.60 ERA in 24 career appearances.

The Dash's active roster stands at 25 players, the Carolina League maximum, with six players on the disabled list and one on the temporary inactive list.
