Nashville, Tenn - Nashville Predators Executive Vice President/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has acquired a fourth-round selection in the 2007 Entry Draft from the Buffalo Sabres for defenseman Mikko Lehtonen.
Lehtonen, 28, playing his first season in North America, had three points (1g-2a) in 15 games with Nashville this season and 12 points (4g-8a) in 35 contests with the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League.
The Admirals are back in action this Friday night when they host the Hamilton Bulldogs at 7:00 pm at the Bradley Center. In addition to the game, Grammy awarding winning rock band REO Speedwagon will perform in a post-game concert.
