Legends Public Workout Cancelled; Media Day On

The Lexington Legends' workout scheduled for noon today has been cancelled due to weather. The Legends will take batting practice in the covered batting cage near the clubhouse, starting at about 12:15 p.m.

Media are invited to the batting practice, but it will not be open to the public.

The Legends leave Wednesday for Charleston, South Carolina, where they will open the season Thursday night. After four games in Charleston and three in Greenville, the Legends will open the home season Thursday night, April 16 at 7:05 p.m. against the West Virginia Power at Whitaker Bank Ballpark.
