Lancers Release 2015-16 Schedule

RALSTON, NE - The Omaha Lancers, in conjunction with the United States Hockey League have released their full schedule for the 30th anniversary season which begins on Friday, September 25th on the road against the Tri-City Storm.
Omaha will face Western Conference rivals Tri-City, Lincoln, and Des Moines eight times each throughout the course of the season. The Lancers will battle Fargo in six total games while Sioux Falls, Sioux City, and Waterloo each will take the ice with Omaha four times.
For the Eastern Conference, Green Bay and Bloomington will each make appearances at Ralston Arena while the Lancers will visit Youngstown at the Covelli Center for a pair of games in early April.
All home games at Ralston Arena will start at 7:05 p.m. with Sunday's beginning at 5:05 p.m.
Tickets for all regular season games for the Omaha Lancers go on sale September 1st at www.homepridetix.com and the Ralston Arena Box Office.
In addition to the regular season, the Omaha Lancers will participate in five pre-season contests which include home games against the Lincoln Stars, Sioux Falls Stampede, and EC Red Bull Salzburg out of Austria.
"We're excited to get the pre-season going in September," said Head Coach & General Manager Brian Kaufman. "It will be great for fans to see our new players and our players to get adjusted to the USHL."
Omaha will host its first pre-season game against the I-80 rival Lincoln Stars on Thursday, September 10 at 7:05 p.m. on the Community Rink inside Ralston Arena. General admission tickets will be available for $7.00. Please note; seating in the Community Rink will be limited.
The Lancers finish their pre-season home stand in a back-to-back series featuring EC Red Bull Salzburg on Thursday, September 17 in it's first-ever trip to Omaha, followed by the 2015 Clark Cup Champion Sioux Falls Stampede on Friday, September 18. Both contests are scheduled to drop the puck at 7:05 p.m.
Season ticket holders will receive both exhibition games featuring EC Red Bull Salzburg and Sioux Falls Stampede as a part of 2015-2016 season ticket packages. Tickets will be part of a special two-for-one pre-season pack in ticket books. Reserved tickets for the general public and any additional tickets for current season ticket holders will be available for $9.00.
Tickets for all pre-season games will go on sale starting Tuesday, September 1 at 10am at the Ralston Arena Box Office. Pre-season tickets will only be available at the box office. Doors open for all contests one hour prior to puck drop.
