- Sunday marked the Galaxy's second match at Banc of California Stadium, tying 2-2 in their first game last fall.

- In those road games, the Galaxy have scored 14 goals while conceding 23.
- The Galaxy are 11-1-1 this season when scoring the game's opening goal, and 2-10-1 when conceding first.
- When leading at halftime, LA are 6-2-1. They are 7-2-2 when tied at halftime.
- Forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored two goals on the night.
- In his last three games, Ibrahimovic now has six goals.

- Newly-acquired forward Cristian Pavon made his fourth-straight start since joining the club this month.
