Ace Walker (3-5; 2.68) was saddled with the loss in spite of delivering another strong start, holding Beloit to two runs on three hits and two walks in seven innings of work.
Ben Harrison belted his fifth dinger of the year in a 2-5 outing, driving in both of Clinton's runs. Ian Gac went 2-4 with a double.

The LumberKings are off today (Wednesday) and return to action tomorrow (Thursday) night at Alliant Energy Field. The LumberKings will take on the Kane County Cougars starting at 7:00 pm. Pitching rotation for the four game series will be Kyle Rogers (Thursday), John Bannister (Friday), Eric Hurley (Saturday), Michael Schlact (Sunday).
