Kory Nagy Reassigned From Lowell To Trenton

Trenton, NJ, October 21, 2009 - The New Jersey Devils have reassigned forward Kory Nagy from the Lowell Devils of the AHL to the Trenton Devils of the ECHL. The announcement was made by Lowell and Trenton Devils' General Manger Chris Lamoriello.

Nagy joined Lowell following New Jersey Devils' training camp. He appeared in one of Lowell's five regular season contests, registering zero shots and one minor penalty.

The New Jersey Devils selected Nagy in the fifth round of the 2008 Entry Draft, pick 142 overall. In the season following the draft, Nagy notched 55 points, (17g, 38a) in 63 games with the Oshawa Generals, his strongest of four years in the OHL. Before joining Oshawa late in the 2006 season, the London, Ontario native played 47 games for the Lindsay Muskies of the OPJHL, netting 11 goals.

Nagy, a left-handed shooter, stands five-foot-eleven, weighs 195 pounds and turned 20 years old October 12.
