HENDERSON - The Indoor Football League announced today that Vegas Knight Hawks quarterback Daquan Neal has been named Offensive Player of the Week. This is the second time Neal has earned the honor this season.

Neal completed 7-of-11 passes in Vegas' 55-54 victory over the Arizona Rattlers on May 13, throwing for 163 yards and three touchdown passes. The Knight Hawks quarterback also rushed 14 times for 120 yards and two touchdowns, including a 33-yard rush that was a game-high.

The former IFL MVP has thrown for 931 yards this season, seventh-most in the IFL. He also ranks third in the league with 21 touchdown passes, and 11th league-wide with 205 rushing yards.

Neal also earned IFL Player of the Week honors following the Knight Hawks first game of the season, when he threw for 220 yards and six touchdown passes in a 57-44 win over the Iowa Barnstormers.

Neal becomes the second Knight Hawk ever to win Player of the Week honors twice in one season, joining quarterback Jerod Evans from the 2022 campaign. He also represents the third Player of the Week recognition for the Knight Hawks overall this season, with quarterback Joe Mancuso winning the award on April 27.

The Vegas Knight Hawks will host the Tulsa Oilers at The Dollar Loan Center on Saturday, May 20 to celebrate Military Appreciation Knight. Kick-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. PT.
