
Kitchener and Belleville Complete Trade

Kitchener Rangers News Release
Head Coach and General Manager Steve Spott announced today that the Kitchener Rangers have completed a trade with the Belleville Bulls. In the deal, Kitchener sends Brandon Mashinter, a 4th round pick in 2009 and a 2nd round pick in the 2010 OHL Draft in exchange for right winger Tyler Randell.
Randell has played the past two seasons with the Bulls, was a member of the 2008 OHL finalists team and a participant at the 2008 MasterCard Memorial Cup in Kitchener. He was Belleville's first round pick, 14th overall in the 2007 OHL Priority Selection. Tyler was as a member of the 2008 Gold Medal Ontario U17 team. This season he has tallied 10 goals and five assists for 15 points in 36 games and 60 penalty minutes.
