LOS ANGELES, CA/MANCHESTER, NH - The Los Angeles Kings, the parent club of the Manchester Monarchs, have announced the following player transactions:

Alec Martinez - D
Teddy Purcell - RW
Jonathan Quick - G
Kevin Westgarth - RW
Returned to Junior Team:
Thomas Hickey - D (WHL)
Placed on Injured Reserve list:
Marc-Andre Cliche (shoulder)
Rich Clune (chest)
In addidtion, the Monarchs released forward Michael Cohen from his professional tryout agreement. The Monarchs have 27 players in Training Camp (14 forwards, nine defensemen and four goaltenders).
