Kalamazoo Kings News Release
KINGS FALL TO 1-1 - The Kalamazoo Kings fell in their second game of the season to the Traverse City Beach Bums Saturday night 4-1. The Kings offense struggled to get going as they didn't collect their first hit until the fifth inning. Traverse City took advantage of Kings miscues in the 7th by scoring two runs off of two errors. The lone run was provided by a Brandon Anderson home run in the bottom of the eighth. The Kings rallied to load the bases in the bottom of the ninth, but were unable to plate a run.
