The Kalamazoo Kings swept the Chillicothe Paints 5-3 Sunday evening behind starter Joe DiPietro's stellar outing. Joe only allowed one unearned run over eight innings to pick up his first win of the season. Brandon Anderson led the offense with three hits including a HR.
The win concludes a 7-2 homestand for the Kings, who have won 12 of the past 16 games.
