Kings Activate Defenseman Robyn Regehr

LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Kings have activated defenseman Robyn Regehr from injured reserve and placed goaltender Martin Jones on injured reserve retroactive to Jan. 14, 2015, Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today.

The 6-3, 223-pound native of Recife, Brazil, has appeared in 1,052 career NHL games between Calgary, Buffalo and Los Angeles. Currently in his third season with the Kings, he has 21 points (4-1721) in 121 games since being acquired from Buffalo on April 1, 2013.

Selected in the first-round (19th overall) of the 1998 NHL Entry Draft by the Colorado Avalanche, Regehr has appeared in 30 games this season with the Kings, posting five points (1-45) with a plus-11 rating and 27 penalty minutes. He appeared in his 100th game as a King Oct. 28, 2014 at PHI.
