SAN DIEGO - The San Diego Gulls announced today that goaltender Anton Khudobin has been recalled by the Anaheim Ducks, San Diego's National Hockey League affiliate.
Khudobin, 29 (5/7/86), has appeared in nine games with San Diego this season, posting a 4-4-1 record with a 2.60 goals-against average (GAA) and a .911 save percentage (SV%). The 5-11, 203-pound netminder appeared in eight games with Anaheim prior to being assigned to San Diego, posting a 3-3-0 record with a 2.70 GAA and a .908 SV%. A native of Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan, Khudobin has appeared 99 career NHL games with Minnesota, Boston, Carolina and Anaheim.
