DES MOINES - The Iowa Barnstormers have signed wide receiver Kezlow Smith to the 2022 roster, Head Coach Dave Mogensen announced today.

Smith (5-11, 190, Lakeland University) joins the Iowa Barnstormers for his first season with the team, reuniting with Coach Mogensen. Smith joined the Indoor Football League (IFL) in 2018, playing for the Green Bay Blizzard through the 2021 season. Following his collegiate career, Smith garnered attention from the New York Giants and the Minnesota Vikings.

"Kezlow Smith is one of the most physically gifted players I have coached anywhere. He is in the discussion of being the fastest player in the IFL," said Head Coach Mogensen. "Over his first three years in the league, he has proven to be a big play threat on offense and on special teams. I expect Kezlow to be a key part of our organization's success in 2022."

Smith will enter the team's 2022 Training Camp in the spring.
