OMAHA, NE - Tickets are selling briskly for popular country music artist Keith Anderson, who will be performing live in concert following the Omaha Royals game at Rosenblatt Stadium next Friday, July 18th. The concert will follow the Royals' 7:05 p.m. game vs. the Round Rock Express and a fireworks show, with the evening being presented by Werner Enterprises and KAT 103.

In 2005, Anderson's debut album, Three Chord Country and American Rock & Roll, produced four hit singles, including "Pickin' Wildflowers," which soared to #8 in Billboard and Radio & Records. Both publications ranked Anderson as country music's #1 new male artist of 2005. His second album, C'MON! was released this spring and included the hit, "I Still Miss You."

This is the fourth straight year that Werner Enterprises has presented a concert in conjunction with a Royals game at Rosenblatt. Blake Shelton performed in concert on July 20, 2007 and a crowd of 14,096 fans enjoyed a 3-1 Royals win over Memphis, fireworks and the music.

Tickets for this year's game and post-game concert are again $13 for Field Box seats, $11 for Reserved seats and $9 for General Admission.

"Ticket sales have been going very well for the Keith Anderson concert," said Royals Assistant General Manager/Ticket Operations Eric Leach. "In fact, we are anticipating a crowd slightly larger than last year's concert. For those who still haven't purchased tickets, we still do have great seats available," Leach added.

Anderson's model looks and commitment to bodybuilding have earned him a sizeable female fan base. He was chosen by People magazine for its 2005 "50 Hottest Bachelors" issue. Country Weekly's readers have twice voted him among country music's hottest bachelors.

Those fans attending the July 18th game and concert can spruce up their own appearance and help a worthy cause at the same time. Great Clips will have several stylists on hand in Rosenblatt's front plaza giving away free haircuts, with those customers encouraged to make a donation to the rebuilding effort at the Little Sioux Scout Ranch north of Omaha devastated last month by a tornado. For those fans not needing a haircut, Great Clips will also be handing out haircut coupons for a $1 donation. All proceeds from the haircuts and coupons will go to the Boy Scouts Mid-America Council and will be presented on-field the next night, July 19th, when the annual Boy Scouts sleepover takes place in the stadium's outfield.

For tickets, call the Royals ticket office at (402) 738-5100, or order and print tickets online at www.oroyals.com and at www.Etix.com.
