
Keaton Parks Undergoes Surgery for Lower Leg Blood Clot

NEW YORK, N.Y. - New York City FC today announced that earlier this afternoon Keaton Parks underwent surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital to remove a blood clot from his popliteal artery in his lower right leg.
Keaton, who has been a standout player for NYCFC this season, playing 31 games and 2,444 minutes, will begin rehab immediately with Club medical staff but will miss the remainder of the 2021 MLS Season. Keaton is expected to make a full recovery and return to training next season.
