Owen Sound Attack News Release

Attack forward Kaleb Pearson has been named the Huron Tractor 'Attacker of the Week' for Week 25 of the OHL season.

The St. Marys native scored three times in three games this past week, including a pair of game winning goals against the Flint Firebirds and Windsor Spitfires.

The 19-year-old has doubled his goal scoring output this season, finding the back of the net 28 times in 61 games after scoring 14 times in 66 contests in 2018/19.

Attack Assistant Coach Jordan Hill says there was competition for the pick this week: "Nick Chenard was fantastic in his game against Windsor, and we want to make sure he gets credit for that. But Kaleb was physical this week and added some key goals to get a couple more wins under our belt."

Pearson and Chenard are in for a busy final two weeks of the season. It all starts on Wednesday night at the Bayshore when the Barrie Colts come to town for the final meeting between the two teams this season. The team travels to Sarnia on Friday night and returns home to meet Windsor on Saturday. Tickets for both home games are available at the MacVicar & McComb Sutton Sound Realty Attack Box Office and online.
