June 14, 2004 - Frontier League (FL)
Kalamazoo Kings News Release
The Kings dropped a pair of seven-inning games to Washington on Monday, 6-0 and 2-1. The first game was a make-up of Sunday's rain out. Kalamazoo was held scoreless in game one as the Kings managed just five singles. Kalamazoo had one hit in the second game, an RBI double by Fehlandt Lentini in the bottom of the sixth. The lead would not hold as Washington scored two runs on a two-out double in the top of the seventh inning. Kalamazoo travels to Evansville for a three-game series starting Tuesday. The Kings are home this Friday-Sunday against Richmond.
