
Justin Sorensen Joins Blue Bombers Practice Roster

WINNIPEG, MB - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have signed non-import offensive lineman Justin Sorensen to their practice roster.
Sorensen (6-7, 312, South Carolina, DOB: June 6, 1986 in Parksville, BC) was drafted in the first round (5th overall) by the BC Lions in the 2008 CFL Canadian Draft and went on to see considerable action at both guard and tackle in every game over the past two years, including three starts during the season and two starts in the playoffs. Sorensen enjoyed a successful career at South Carolina University, appearing in 41 games over four years, the final 31 of which at the staring right tackle position.
The Blue Bombers have also announced that they have released non-import fullback Scott McHenry.
