Lynx Notes

Coming off the bench, Nikolina Milić led all scorers with a career-high 23 points on 11-of-19 shooting. Milić tallied 13 third quarter points, two points shy of tying the most points scored in a quarter this season by a Lynx (Kayla McBride, May 17 at Los Angeles).

Milić became the fifth international player to score 20+ as a Minnesota Lynx. Her 23 points rank eighth most in team history, Damiris Dantas leads the category with 28 points on Sept. 20, 2020 at Chicago.

Aerial Powers tallied her first double-double in a Lynx uniform (third of her career) and first since the 2018 season (Aug. 17, 2018 Washington vs Los Angeles), finishing with 15 points and career-highs in rebounds (11) and assists (seven). Powers is just the third Lynx this season to earn a double-double, joining Jessica Shepard (three) and Sylvia Fowles (six).

Getting her second start of the season, Bridget Carleton scored a season-high 11 points on 4-of-7 shooting. In 35:21 minutes of action, Carleton grabbed five rebounds and dished four assists.

The Lynx outscored the Fever 48-40 in the paint, led by Milić with 20 paint points. This is the fourth time this season Minnesota has scored 40+ in the paint and topped the previous season-high of 46 points in the paint (May 10 at Indiana).

For the fifth time in six games, Minnesota's bench scored 20+ points, dominating Indiana's bench, 32-9.

The Lynx outrebounded the Fever, 36-30, marking the 10th time this season Minnesota outrebounded its opponent.

The Lynx close out a three-game home stand on Tuesday, June 14 hosting the Seattle Storm. Tip-off is slated for 8:00 p.m. CT and the game will be broadcast on Bally Sports North Extra and nationally on ESPN2.
