PEARL, MS -- The Mississippi Braves have signed on to be title sponsors of the Jeff Bates Album Release Party and Concert at The Hideaway on Friday, November 21 at 8:00 PM. The special event is also sponsored by Miss 103, Krazy Karaoke and The Hideaway. All proceeds from admission tickets will benefit the Louisiana-Mississippi Chapter of the ALS Association.

Doors open at 6:00 PM on November 21 at The Hideaway located at 5100 I-55 North in Jackson. All patrons must be at least 21 years of age. Tickets are $15. A silent auction and raffle is scheduled from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM with all proceeds benefitting ALSA. Tickets go on sale at the Trustmark Park Box Office Thursday, September 4 at 9:00 AM. Tickets cannot be purchased online. Additional ticket locations will be announced at a later date.

Bates, a native of Mississippi, is set to release his new album Me & Conway on October 10. His debut album Rainbow Man was released in 2003 followed by the release of Leave the Light On in 2005. His first two albums resulted in seven chart singles on the Billboard country charts. Bates' "The Love Song" made it to No. 8 followed by "Long, Slow Kisses" at No. 17 and "I Wanna Make You Cry" at No. 23.

The Mississippi Braves baseball team is the Double-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. Since making the move from Greenville, SC, in 2005, over 85 M-Braves have gone on to play in the big leagues. The M-Braves have made postseason play three times and went on to win the Southern League Championship in 2008. Tickets are on sale now.
