Jazz Assign Ian Clark to D-League's Idaho Stampede

SALT LAKE CITY (February 24, 2015) - The Utah Jazz announced today that the team has assigned guard Ian Clark to the NBA Development League's Idaho Stampede, the Jazz's exclusive D-League affiliate. Clark is expected to be in uniform for the Stampede's game Friday, Feb. 27 against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers.

Clark (6-3, 180, Belmont) appeared in eight games for the Bakersfield Jam last season while on D-League Assignment, averaging 12.4 points, 3.3 rebounds and 5.3 assists in 32.1 minutes.

The 6-3 guard has appeared in 20 games as a reserve this season for the Jazz, averaging 1.9 points in 6.7 minutes per game.

Clark is the second player to be assigned to the D-League under the new Jazz-Stampede single affiliation. Other players on the current Jazz roster with D-League experience include Jack Cooley, Bryce Cotton, Jeremy Evans, Rudy Gobert, Grant Jerrett and Elijah Millsap.
