
Jaysean Paige Signs 10-Day Contract with Detroit Pistons

PORTLAND, ME -Maine Celtics guard Jaysean Paige has earned a GATORADE Call-Up to the NBA, signing a 10-day contract with the Detroit Pistons under the COVID-related hardship allowance.
Paige, a West Virginia product, has played in all 14 games for Maine this season, his second with the franchise. Paige is averaging 16.9 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game. During the 2019-20 season, Paige played in 41 games for Maine, averaging 11.0 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game. This is the first NBA Call-Up of his career.
Paige becomes the 19th player in franchise history to earn a GATORADE Call-Up, and the fifth in 10 days, joining Theo Pinson, Luke Kornet, Juwan Morgan, and Chris Clemons.
