
Jason Barnes Injury Update

(Edmonton) Edmonton Eskimo receiver Jason Barnes remains in stable condition in Hamilton General Hospital, the club announced today. Barnes suffered a ruptured spleen when he was hit by two Tiger Cat players in the second quarter of Friday's game in Hamilton. Barnes has also suffered a bruised kidney and lung. Eskimo General Manager Eric Tillman will fly to Hamilton Sunday night to stay with Barnes during his time in hospital.
