Janesville Jets Join Forces to Fight MDA

Janesville, WI- The Janesville Jets have teamed up with Kutter Harley Davidson, the South Central Harley Owners Group, Texas Roadhouse, & Quaker Steak & Lube to raise money for MDA opening weekend. The Jets will be wearing specialty Harley Davidson Jerseys for both games September 27 & 28th against the Coulee Region Chill. The Jerseys will be auctioned off following the game on the 28th. The starting prices for the Jerseys will be $200 with proceeds going to MDA.

Also on the 28th the JETS will host their first ever "JET FEST" at the Janesville Ice Arena from 3:00 to 6:30pm. There will be food from various sponsors, There will be raffles and chances to get one of a kind t-shirts worn by the players, Autograph booth with the Jets players, Live Radio Remote, also Beer and Merchandise will be available and fun for the whole family.

"This will be a great chance for the JETS and our fans to get together and raise some money for a great cause" according to Jets Operations Manager Greg Hanthorn. "Anytime we can be involved with giving back and helping out the community we will try to be there".

"This is will be a great way for our players to bond with the community and our fans" says Jets Head Coach Joe Dibble. "Hopefully fans will stick around and catch some great hockey between us and Coulee Region".
